Full Council and Committee Meetings

All of our council and committee meetings are open to the public and will be held in the Park View Meeting Room, Community Hub, Victoria Park, WR14 2JY starting at 6pm unless stated otherwise.

All meeting agendas are published at least three days in advance of each meeting and can be downloaded from this page.

If members of the public wish to ask a question within public participation, these must be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk no later than 12 noon on the day of the meeting.

Standing orders are the written rules of a local council and are essential to regulate the proceedings of a meeting.  A council may also use standing orders to confirm or refer to various internal organisational and administrative arrangements.  The standing orders of a council are not the same as the policies of a council but standing orders may refer to them.

You will find meeting papers for all meetings for the past two years. If you require any from meetings before then, please contact the office.

Full Council

Full Council meets monthly throughout the year.  Public and the Press are invited to these meetings as are County and District Councillors representing the Malvern wards.  All  members of the Council are expected to attend if possible.

The agenda is available three clear working days before the meeting.  Only items on the agenda may be discussed at the meeting although members of the public are welcome to speak during Public Participation on any matter relating to Malvern Town.
