PA to the Town Clerk
CORE DUTIES OF THE POST
- To provide a confidential, comprehensive and high quality administrative support to the Town Clerk.
- To provide comprehensive and efficient democratic support services to the Council in order that it can comply with statutory obligations and its ongoing aims and objectives.
- To administer and manage the bookings for Great Malvern Cemetery.
Hours of Work
- Normal hours of work are 9am until 5pm – Monday to Thursday and 8.30am until 4pm on Friday.
- Attendance at council and committee meetings as part of the Council’s agreed annual calendar of meetings, is part of this role, and these hours will be managed by flexible working.
Applications will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 11 December 2024. All applicants will be contacted by 4pm on Friday 13 December and interviews will be held during the week commencing 16 December 2024.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
Pay: £31,067.00-£32,654.00 per year
